Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lucky Lather purchase. If you change your mind about an order, or there is a problem with an item, please contact us using the details provided below.

Change-of-mind returns

For purchases made through our online store, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without having to give a reason.

If you wish to cancel and return an order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Once you have notified us, the goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products should be returned unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item where you are exercising your right to cancel because you have changed your mind, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Cosmetic and personal-care products

For hygiene and health reasons, sealed cosmetic or personal-care products that have been opened after delivery may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the law allows this exception to apply.

This may include beard oils, beard balms, beard butters, beard shampoos and other products intended for personal grooming.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from the item you ordered.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover any reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected a returned item, we will confirm whether the return has been accepted.

Where a refund is due, we will refund the payment using the original payment method.

For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the goods together with the cost of standard delivery originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.

We will make any required refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or earlier where required by law.

Where applicable, the amount refunded may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Proof of purchase

We may ask you to provide reasonable proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, receipt or other evidence showing that the purchase was made from Lucky Lather.
